01 REPORT SCOPE
An O&E report is property record research—not title insurance, a legal opinion or a guarantee of clear title. The search period, records available and county effective date affect what a report covers. Tell us your purpose so the appropriate scope can be confirmed.
02 FLORIDA PRICING
One Owner Report: $50 — goes back one owner.
24 Months Report: $75 — one owner, extended to include owners within the past 24 months when applicable.
36 Months Report: $100 — one owner, extended to include owners within the past 36 months when applicable.
Use our Request a Quote form with the property address, county, state and requested report type. Include the parcel number if available and any deadline. We confirm scope, availability, price and expected delivery before you proceed.

PROPERTY OWNER REPORTS - ONE OWNER REPORT
This report goes back one owner. It includes the following:
All mortgages and deeds for the current vested owner showing 100% ownership.
Marriage license, divorces, death certificate and/or probate records needed to complete chain of title (as available through public county records)
Open voluntary liens for vested owner of the subject property
Assignments, subordination agreements and modifications for open voluntary liens
Open involuntary liens filed against the current vested owner based on state statute
System or County Effective date of corresponding county
Delinquent tax information for subject property (as available through county records)
PROPERTY OWNER REPORTS - 24 MONTHS REPORT
This report includes all owners for the last 24 months. It includes the following:
All mortgages and deeds for the current vested owner showing 100% ownership.
