With a background as a Licensed Title Agent, our founder brings deep insight into the closing process — insight that informs how we anticipate deadlines, organize documentation, and communicate with all parties to help ensure smooth, timely closings. While we are not acting as real estate agents or providing legal advice, our role as Transaction Coordinators is to keep transactions on track by managing the paperwork, timelines, and communication flow from contract to close.
